Part  3-  Putting together a business plan for starting your business enterprise; Understanding  financial concepts and principles for business e.g financial costings and projections, profit and loss accounts, balance sheets and cashflow statements.

 Part 4-  Putting together financial forecasts to determine financial needs; Sourcing and raising finance for business startup; Understanding lending and investors appraisal criteria; Presenting to lenders or investors with confidence.

Part 5- Introduction to  marketing and selling skills; Putting together your marketing plan to support  your strategies; Introduction to people and relationship management; Understanding the importance of systems and policies in business.
